Herne is situated in the North Rhine-Westphalia, 85km north of Cologne. This mixed used centre comprising mainly retail and also office and residential accommodation was constructed in 1974 and underwent refurbishment in the early 1990’s. It is anchored by a food store of approx, 2,150 sq m and a fashion store of approx. 2,427 sq m. The total retail space is 12, 320 sq m. The retail accommodation is on two floors.
