Ashdown Capital is a London based enterprise involved in residential and commercial property investment and development in the UK and in Germany. It was originally established in 1995 by Jonathan Chenevix-Trench (non executive Chairman) and Charles Money-Kyrle (Managing Director), and recently Dominic Dinan has also served as a Director of certain Ashdown Companies.

The principal goal of the group is to grow net assets as rapidly as possible by investing in property and adding value to it. The group has achieved net asset growth over the period in the order of 35% per annum.

Ashdown Capital has been involved in numerous projects both as direct investor and also in joint venture partnership with others, both institutional investors and private operators.

BRIEF RESUMÉ OF CHARLES MONEY-KYRLE

Prior to Ashdown Capital, Charles Money-Kyrle was at Citigroup as a real estate specialist and prior to that, GE Capital in New York and London. He graduated with an MA degree from Wadham, Oxford in 1983, and received an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainbleau in 1989.
