This state of the art building in the centre of Guildford was developed by Ashdown Capital and Hutley Land, in a forward funding agreement with Standard Life. The building comprises 90,000 sq ft on five floors. There is also private car parking for 100 cars situated directly below the building with a further 1,050 public spaces to the rear. Onlsow House is now fully let to Electronic Arts on a long term institutional occupational lease. |
